- Orders are processed from Monday through Wednesday. Frozen product orders may not be shipped on the same day due to FedEx pickup rules. Dry good orders placed before 11am CST may be processed teh same day.
- For Ground Delivery, expect your order to arrive within 2 - 3 business days. Keep in mind that if your order includes frozen items, the dry ice will only last for 72 hours. We recommend choosing 2Day or overnight shipping for orders with longer transit times. Please note that the shipping day availability is all determined by FedEx. If they are not offering weekend delivery in your area, please keep that in mind when placing your order.
- Overnight orders are not guaranteed after 12 pm Central Time.

- A shipping and handling fee is applied to all perishable goods orders, covering the cost of the ice chest, box, and dry ice. Shipping rates are in addition to the handling fee. You can place your order online at rascalscajunexpress.com.
- Rascal’s Cajun Express is not responsible for delays caused by FedEx or adverse weather conditions. While we pack all perishable goods with a minimum of 10 lbs of dry ice to ensure they stay frozen, we cannot be held responsible for FedEx delays once your order has left our facility.
- Our goal is to fulfill your orders to your satisfaction. After purchasing your desired products, your order will be forwarded to our shipping department for processing. If the actual shipping price changes during processing, we will contact you promptly to discuss the new shipping cost, delivery times, packaging requirements (such as dry ice, boxes, and ice chests), and any associated fees.
- To ensure timely delivery, please provide accurate building numbers, apartment numbers, and a telephone number when prompted. Business orders are delivered by the close of business (5:00 p.m.), while home delivery times may vary without incurring additional fees.
- We use reusable styrofoam insulated coolers, corrugated boxes, and dry ice to ensure your package arrives in excellent condition. The costs of packaging and shipping are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order, and they are calculated using current FedEx rates.
- While we strive to provide personalized and friendly service, we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, all perishable food sales are final and not eligible for product or money-back guarantees, including packaging and shipping costs. We do not accept returns.
