It was the desire of Jon Dan, founder of Shop Rite convenience stores, to bring authentic Cajun food throughout Louisiana inside local Shop Rite locations. Rascal's Cajun Express is a premier and authentic Cajun eatery that has been proudly serving Acadiana and beyond since 2011. Since then, our mission has been to provide high-quality food known for revolutionizing the way people eat and enjoy food.  Thanks to our experience and dedication, we’ve managed to become masters of the craft.
